Raising efficiency in teaching mathematics in non-English speaking countries: an electronic bilingual dictionary of mathematical terminology

Based on a research among students, the paper discusses current problems of teaching mathematics at universities of technology by means of tools which are not in students' mother tongue. An electronic bilingual dictionary of mathematical terminology is presented as a partial solution of the situation.
