The New York publishing house Nova Science Publishers, Inc. has recently released a book entitled The Psychology Behind Second Language Acquisition, which was largely written by staff from our department. The book was edited by Mgr. Ing. Eva Ellederová, Ph.D., who also contributed several chapters to it. Other authors from UJAZ who collaborated on the book include PhDr. Bc. Dagmar Št'astná, Mgr. Jana Jašková, Ph.D., and a graduate of our study programme, English in Electrical Engineering and Informatics, BSc. Vladyslava Starykovska.
